Before choosing a provider

Check independent evidence

Confirm the provider’s identity, relevant public work, references, rights, availability, and delivery terms directly with the provider.

Agree on confidentiality first

Keep RFQs, budgets, files, customer identity, and confidential design scope out of public pages and feedback. Use an agreed private channel after the appropriate access and confidentiality checks.
